Najla the Elf Archer

She is Najla, an elf archer whose upper head has been partially petrified. But she got used to that, and now uses her hearing and her hawk to give her information about what's around.

I do love her look! Her petrified face makes it look like she is wearing a mask. And her clothes are quite cool too. As she is supposed to be more than 50 years old, I tried to give her wrinkles, but not so much, as stone doesn't get old... and well, Elves don't grow old much either.
