Atelia the Khnieron

"Atelia the Khnieron spends much of her time relaxing off base. Many of her superiors believe she spends too much time. She's a junior military officer, a Private Commander in the Grand Army of Midden, and as such she has few responsibilities, but even when she should be drilling her subordinates or studying herself, she is often found elsewhere, enjoying some sun or fine drink with her companions. Any other officer would have been disciplined or discharged for such actions, but Atelia is the younger sister of the base Marshal Of War, and is all but untouchable. He has on occasion scolded her, and for a while she will perform her duties like any other outstanding soldier, but will quickly fall back to her old habits.

Oh, and BTW, that's not the official uniform of the Midden Grand Army, either."
